You can login using your credentials or register your account here. If you choose to register using the 'Register' button at the bottom of the page, we will contact you to provide you with login credentials as soon as possible. You can also view our Privacy Policy or learn more about Mint PIM and its functions in the User Manual by clicking on the links at the bottom of the screen.
Navigation Bar
The right side of the Navigation Bar can be used to switch to a different language, see our Contact details, learn more about Mint PIM by clicking on "User Manual", or log out of the platform by clicking on your username and select "Logout".

With the Actions dropdown on the left side on the Navigation Bar, either a single product can be created manually - or many products can be created/updated at the same time by importing them from .csv, .xls, .xlsx or .txt files. The latter can be achieved by selecting either 'Create New Products' or 'Update Existing Products' in the dropdown, select a file by clicking on the 'Browse' button and click on the 'Submit' button to confirm.

Sample files for create/update product import can be found by clicking on the 'Download Template' button at the bottom of the Product File Import pop-up. Make sure the correct option is selected from the (Import Type) dropdown before downloading a template file, because they differ from each other.
Dashboard
You can see useful statistics on the Dashboard, right after you log into the system. It is also possible to review and find more detailed information about the last actions you performed in the 'Last Operations' section.
Channels
Sales channels and their properties can be added and managed on the Channels page. Saving appropriate values for your language and currency settings can be useful to display (on Mint PIM and your sales channel(s)) and sync your products in the future.
Products
A list of your current products can be seen on the Products screen. These products can be grouped by using the (category, status, synced status, channel and translation) filters at the left side of the screen.

You can view, edit, disable or delete a product and its variants by clicking on the corresponding buttons next to a product. To sync multiple products to your sales channel, export product data to an .xlsx file, auto-translate names and descriptions, enable/disable, or delete products at the same time - you can select products on the left side of the table and confirm your action by clicking on one of the buttons at the top of the screen.

Note that syncing a product to your store might be delayed due to the fact that this process happens in the background. To check the status of your request, please refer to the Last Operations section on the Dashboard screen.
Synced Products
After you sync your products to one (or more) of your sales channels, they previously selected products will be visible in the list. This page shows additional details, like original and synced price and the times the products and their prices were synced for the last time. The filters on the top-left corner of the table allow you to only select products in a specific category, or those that belong to one of your sales channels.

It is also possible to re-sync the visible products, or only their prices, by selecting them and using the options on the top-right of the table.

The delete button on this page does not delete the products from Mint PIM, but rather from the Synced Products list AND from your sales channel.

Products can be viewed, synced individually, or deleted (again - not from Mint PIM, but from the list) by clicking on the buttons next to a product.
Inventory
This page displays the inventory levels for each individual variant; both intern (Own, set on Mint PIM) and extern (Supplier, coming from an import channel). The list of variants can be ordered by using the dropdown at the top of the page.

Inventory data can be imported by using the corresponding button at the top of the page. To import data, a sample file can be downloaded by clicking on the 'Download Template' button in the pop-up that occurs when clicking on the 'Import' button. To export inventory data to a .xlsx file, select products using the select boxes at the left of the table and click on 'export' to download.
Settings
On this page, you can edit your profile - and settings to display your catalog content in your desired currency, language, time zone and measurement units.
